Job Descriptions:
An opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Marketing Manager to join the Brand and Digital Marketing team in Group Services. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Ensure that the Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts & Zabeel House by Jumeirah brands come to life in all brand and marketing initiatives implemented across multiple platforms globally
Comprehensive training for all new marketers globally to ensure they are fully aware and confident on brand and digital marketing strategy and guidelines

Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Media or equivalent
Chartered Institute of Marketing or Digital Marketing qualification
3 plus years marketing experience
1 year experience in Digital Marketing
Experience should be ideally be gained within the hospitality, service or luxury industries
Creative agency background
Episerver CMS experience
Sitecore CMS experience

Other Details
Brand Campaigns
Managing creative development of advertisements for global Brand and Digital Marketing campaigns (on and offline) as well as timely delivery of ads in accordance to media plan, using in-house design resources
Managing the production and  delivery of all creative requirements by the Corporate Commercial team
Reviewing of all creative assets developed by the Brand HQ Design Studio to ensure adherence to brand standards and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Keep up-to-date with the latest treds in the social, online and digital marketing sphere. Apply learnings when recommending innovative ad formats and channels
Manage campaign photo shoots in adherence to Photography Style Guidelines as required
Manage campaign filming in adherence to Rich Media Style Guidelines as required
Provide full marketing and design support to the Brand HQ team as required
Manage existing agency and supplier relationships. Source new partners and suppliers as required
Digital Content - Operations

Accountable for content quality and management on and, which includes:
Communicating the latest trends, research and examples in content strategy, management and usability
Enforcement of content administration process
Regular image refresh update of Homepage (images and offers)
Assisting in the on-going usability and user experience improvements, using metrics and site performance reports
Co-management of localisation requirements (working with language leads)
Ongoing improvement to the Content Management System (CMS), keeping up to date with new developments
Act as the main point of contact for support on content areas requiring image and layout support
Content user administration (Management of CMS Users & access rights)
