Job Descriptions:
An opportunity has arisen for a Director of Marketing & Enrollment to join the Marketing & Enrollment team in The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management.  The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
1. EAHM Strategy
Develop a five-year strategic plan for the academy in cooperation with the Managing Director, that includes:
Channel strategy
Building brand differentiator and maximize potential for the institution
PR and Media strategy
Digital marketing strategy
Academic partnerships
High school and university strategy
2. Market Development
Maximize recruitment from key region and to meet all targets
Develop market analysis for new markets / countries
Develop a marketing plan for the region with agreement from Managing Director to be reviewed twice a year
Execute marketing activities that support the development of the key markets and build the positive reputation of the schools with the educators, hospitality industry and governments
Follow up and investigate on market trends and new promotional activities in order to stay the leader in the respective field
Plan and carry out promotional activities in the market such as participating in fairs and visiting High Schools.
3. People and Team Leadership
Attract good talent
Manage and motivate staff
Support constant training activities
Support the implementation of institutional procedures and policies
Develop and implement departmental process and procedure
Monitor the Marketing/Enrollment team performance against the strategy with clear tracking tools and KPIs
4. Conduct Events & Seminars
General career counseling services for High School Counselors
Guest lectures; open seminars with visiting faculty – open to all public
5. Manage PR & Media relations
Develop and nurture PR & media relations and monitor results
Organize campus visits for key media/industry partners
Promote local events/seminars with visiting faculty and representatives:
Open to the public general events, or seminar and
Lectures at partner Universities in key markets
6. Develop and Manage Educational Counselor (agent) network/channels
Identify and recruit agents/channels to represent the Academy
Train and develop agents/partners on school and program specific knowledge
Support agents when conducting activities:
Provide promotional material (brochures, fairs stand, flyers)
Coordinate with H&C schools to provide support (faculty, program related content)
Manage relationship with EC network
7. Develop and Manage Academic Relations
Identify and develop academic partnerships
Proposed collaborations:
Students exchange
Articulation agreements
Study abroad programs
Degree continuation options
8. Develop and Manage Industry Relations
Identify and develop industry collaborations
Proposed collaborations:
Tailor-made programs
(Scholarship) competitions & funding
Student workshops and projects

You may apply for this post if you have following qualification and experience:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
University Degree preferably in the hotel/hospitality management or business administration
Minimum of 7 to 10 years sales and marketing leadership experience preferably in the international education business or luxury hospitality sector; prior working relationship with agent network and/or schools/universities would be ideal
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the passion in team building and motivation
Motivated team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment within a matrix-based organization
Willing to travel extensively and work independently, and flexible to meet business demands
Results oriented, customer/student focused with thorough knowledge of the business
Proficient in computer software systems such as MS Office
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and at least another language
