The  jobs in this level are subject matter experts in the area of HR Operations. The jobs require detailed knowledge of work processes, usually gained within a similar role or environment. The jobs typically should have supervisory responsibility for a number of individuals undertaking processing/clerical work.
HR Daily Operations:
·       Provide subject matter expert in the Human Resources Operations area                                  
·       Provide assistance in implementation of large-scale human resources improvement projects and provide an update on their progress on a periodic basis                                
·       Recruitment:
·       Assist in the development of yearly recruitment ramp up plan and appropriate sourcing channels                               
·       Develop and maintain relationships with prominent local and international recruitment agencies, headhunters and education providers to attract qualified talent                                     
HR Services:
·       Approve change of employee status based on the submission of supporting documents                              
·       Investigate disputes and disciplinary incidents in line with set policies and procedures and provide results to superior for decision-making purposes                                        
·       Develop and maintain relationships and communicate on a continuous basis with government authorities to ease governmental services provision                                        
·       Handle VIP and BOD members greetings and transports within KSA                                          
·       Payroll  Review and approve payroll to be processed for Zain employees and third-parties ensuring accuracy                              
·       Approve the automation of payroll processes                                 
·       Approve the allowances request through HR system ensuring alignment as per set policies and salary scale                                  
·       Validate annual bonus, Ramadan bonus, Hajj bonus, and annual merit increment                                      
Employee On-boarding and Communication:
·       Develop the monthly communication plan for internal awareness purposes                                        
·       Conduct the induction program for new joiners in high organization levels to ensure proper integration                                     
·       Evaluate the Onboarding experience, develop improvement initiatives and follow-up implementation                              
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Equivalent                            
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in a similar role
