Payroll Assistant Manager

Job description

Graduate/Post Graduate with min 7-9 years of experience in BPO industry with major focus on Payroll processing including project managing large payroll transitions. Experience in software implementations a big advantage. Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A fair for marketing and technology a major advantage.

  • Transition methodology and experience in managing payroll transitions
  • Experience in Payroll software implementation from the side of business
  • Flair for technology
  • Experience in Payroll review based on a set control framework
  • Cross border payroll experience , preferably middle east payroll
  • Coordinating with cross border teams for service delivery
